Hii all, tis is my 2nd posting… tis posting consist of what u all need to do for all and every training…hopefully no reminders is needed for u guys….

· 5mins-warm up stretching…
· 10mins-warm up drills ( E.g.; footwork or running
· 45-60mins-Fitness Training
* strength (push up or pull up)
* abs (sit up, crunches and leg rises)
* leg (shuffle/sliding, stepping, frog jump and duck walk)
· Next (no time limit)- Basketball Basic Drills
* Basic lay-ups drills (left, right, center)
* Basic Passing
* Shooting (free throw, three point, baseline)

(Jump shot, quick release, fake shot)
* Pivoting
* other will be- Post play, boxing out, Rebounding and…..
* Dribbling drills (must be smooth)
* under the basket Shooting drills
· Lastly the training end with some Game (matches)

Hi All,

Sorry for the late update, was wear out by ytd training so din hab time to update.
First of all, would very like to thanks everyone for making the effort down especially MELVIN who had come for the training ytd and it was his first time training wit us. Though ytd it was drizzling but we still managed to finish our training and din get affected by the rain. Big thanks to all of you who came down.

Very impotantly, please take note of this. From next week onwards, training is no longer on wednesday, it will be change to FRIDAY as some of our teammates cannot make it on wednesday as they had something on. Training will start from 1.30pm to latest 4.30 or 5.30 pm.
PLZ TAKE NOTE and pass around to our teammate if u c them in school or through sms.

Ytd training i had something to HIGHLIGHT. Open your eye big big and take note. Especially some players i dun wan to point out names. During training, DO PATTERN ONLY AT THE RIGHT TIME & IT MUST BE SIMPLE. Dun do until SO COMPLICATED and you are still at the same place. During training, when passing, dun do so many pattern. i alr say 还没有学会走,不要学会飞. PLease remember. It means if your basic is not even there, dun attempt pattern.

Also, ytd training i cn c all of you are trying ur best to learn. Although some of you get it, but remember, u must practice to make it perfect as the saying goes :"Practice Makes Perfect".
Although everyone know it alr but i think the moves can still be improve. Those who are abit weak, u may hab to practice more. Dun be discouraged. Training is for us to learn, if you dunno, dun feel shy to ask.

For the next coming up trainings, as we are habing a match soon, i will teach your more and more things. So be prepared, even if u noe, u hab to do it. You know doesn't mean everyone know and you also hab to recap and practice those things i will be teaching even if you know. You hab to practice them.

This is all i want to tell you guys after the training ytd. If there's nth else, i'll c u guys on NEXT FRIDAY 31st October 2008 from 1.30-5.30pm. Please come for training unless u hab a valid reasons.

Hi All,

I suppose all have a tiring training today. Thanks for making your way down.

There are many points this or other training i want u guys to take note. Basically i think respecting is very important in this team. Please learn to RESPECT YOUR TEAMMATES AS WELL AS UR MANAGER. Thanks.

Secondly, when u come for training, all of us are here to learn from one another.
So
DUN ACT FOOLISH, DUN TRY TO ACT THAT U NOE EVERYTHING & ACCEPT CHANGES AND ADVICES GIVEN BY YOUR TEAMMATES. They may teach you their own
style of playing but u can implement your skill from there to change it. I dun wan to point out names jus take note.

Thirdly, i wan all my players no matter who is it to HAVE ALL THE BASIC BASKETBALL FUNDAMENTAL and to achieve this there are no shortcuts. You guys jus hab to keep coming down for training again and again to master it. Training is very important. It is the purpose to improve our skills better and take it to the next level.

Fourth, training is ON NEXT WEDNESDAY 22 October 2008 5.30 - 8.30 LATEST. PLease inform me if u hab something on in advance so i can postpone this training session if there are nt enough players coming down. But please try to make it as not to make things too difficult for me.
