Hii all, tis is my 2nd posting… tis posting consist of what u all need to do for all and every training…hopefully no reminders is needed for u guys….
· 5mins-warm up stretching…
· 10mins-warm up drills ( E.g.; footwork or running
· 45-60mins-Fitness Training
* strength (push up or pull up)
* abs (sit up, crunches and leg rises)
* leg (shuffle/sliding, stepping, frog jump and duck walk)
· Next (no time limit)- Basketball Basic Drills
* Basic lay-ups drills (left, right, center)
* Basic Passing
* Shooting (free throw, three point, baseline) (Jump shot, quick release, fake shot)
* Pivoting
* other will be- Post play, boxing out, Rebounding and…..
* Dribbling drills (must be smooth)
* under the basket Shooting drills
· Lastly the training end with some Game (matches)
